redrose.lk වෙබ්අඩවිය භාවිතා කරන සියළුම දෙනා පහත කොන්දේසි සහ නියමයන්ට එකඟ වනු ඇත. ඔබ එම කරුනු වලට එකඟ නොවන්නේ නම් ඔබට redrose.lk වෙබ්අඩවිය භාවිතා නොකර සිටීමට සම්පූර්ණ අයිතිය ඇත.

එවැනි දැන්වීමක් ඉවත් කිරීම ප්රමාද වීම හේතුවෙන් එය පල කල තැනැත්තාට හෝ ඒ සම්බන්ධිත තැනැත්තෙකුට සිදුවන කවර හෝ අගතියකට redrose.lk හෝ එහි කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය වග කියනු නොලැබේ.
redrose.lk හි ගෙවන ලද දැන්වීම් වෙනුවෙන් ගෙවන ලද කිසිදු මුදලක් නැවත ගෙවනු නොලැබේ.
redrose.lk හි නියමිත දැන්වීම් පල කිරීමට අයිතිය ඇත්තේ වයස අවුරුදු 20 ට වැඩි තැනැත්තන්ට පමණි.
redrose.lk හි පල වන දැන්වීම් වල පවතින විස්තර සහ තොරතුරු වල සත්ය අසත්යභාවය පිලිබඳව redrose.lk සොයා බලනු නොලැබේ. ඒ පිළිබඳව redrose.lk කිසිදු අන්දමේ වගකීමකට බැඳී නොමැත.
redrose.lk හි පලවන දැන්වීමක් හේතුවෙන් කවර හෝ පාර්ශවයකට ඇතිවන මූල්යමය හෝ වෙනත් අගතියකට, අලාභයකට redrose.lk වග කියනු නොලැබේ.
කාලීනව මෙම නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි යාවත්කාලීන කරනු ඇත.

redrose.lk shall not be liable for any other connection or liability with any advertisement posted on redrose.lk other than the posting of the advertisement.
Copying or collecting any information from any advertisement posted on redrose.lk for any other purpose is prohibited.
Personal and other information owned by redrose.lk will not be provided to any other party except in the event of a legal requirement.
In cases where another party has entered someone’s information or photos without permission, you can inform us at info@online.lk and the relevant advertisement will be immediately suspended from being displayed until a proper investigation is conducted. However, redrose.lk shall not be liable for any damages incurred in such a case. .
An advertisement displayed shall cease to be displayed on any day after the expiry of the specified period as stated in the instructions of redrose.lk.
If the person who posted an advertisement wishes to remove it before it is removed from display, please send an SMS to 0 705 750 750 with the word DELETE from the mobile number mentioned in the relevant advertisement. The relevant advertisement will then be removed as soon as possible. Please refrain from making phone calls or sending WhatsApp messages in this regard.
redrose.lk or its staff shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the person who posted such an advertisement or any person associated with it due to the delay in removing it.
No amount paid for advertisements paid on redrose.lk will be refunded.
Only persons above the age of 20 are entitled to post advertisements on redrose.lk.
redrose.lk does not verify the accuracy of the information and details contained in advertisements published on redrose.lk. redrose.lk is not responsible for any such information.
redrose.lk shall not be liable for any financial or other loss or damage suffered by any party as a result of any advertisement published on redrose.lk.
